Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Trinity AgPharma, Inc. ("Trinity," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through TrinityAgPharma.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Trinity is in formation and not yet dispensing; this policy covers our website, not any pharmacy services, which will have their own privacy and compliance practices once we're operational.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us through the forms on this site:
- Veterinarian enrollment form: name, practice name, email, phone number, the state where you practice, state veterinary license information, DEA number (optional), species treated, practice management system, and any notes you choose to share.
- Producer sign-up form: name, email, state, and optionally the animals you raise and your veterinarian's information.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site — such as pages viewed, general location, device type, and referring site — through Google Analytics. This is aggregate usage data; we don't use it to identify you individually.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up, as described on the page where you submitted it.
- To evaluate and process founding veterinary partner enrollment.
- To send you updates about Trinity's opening, as you've requested.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
We do not use the information you submit for any purpose beyond what's described on the form itself, and we do not sell your personal information.
License and DEA information
If you submit a state veterinary license number or DEA number through the enrollment form, we use that information solely to verify your credentials as part of founding-partner enrollment. We do not publish this information or share it outside Trinity except as required to verify licensure or comply with law.
How we share information
We share information with the service providers that help us operate this site and process form submissions — currently our website hosting and form-processing provider. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trinity, our users, or others.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect this information. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
Data retention
We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law — for example, license verification records may be retained as part of our compliance obligations as a licensed pharmacy.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@trinityagpharma.com. We'll respond as promptly as we can.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Trinity grows and as our practices evolve, particularly once we begin dispensing. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
