The pharmacy the Heartland has been missing.

Heartland

Built around the relationship

You can already order legend and compound medications online. What's harder to find is a pharmacy that actually knows your practice — the formulations you rely on, the animals you're treating, the way you like to work.

That's what Trinity is built around. Animal medications, handled by a pharmacy that understands companion, large-animal, and equine medicine, working directly with you rather than through a call center.

We built Trinity to partner with veterinarians, not compete against them. This isn't a big box operation looking to take your business — it's here to support your practice and your profession.

A pharmacy built for the farm customer

Trinity AgPharma is a 503A veterinary compounding pharmacy being built in Mattoon, Illinois — for large-animal and mixed-animal veterinarians, livestock producers, equine owners, and show families across the Midwest. We open in 2027.

We dispense legend drugs and compound specialty preparations — the customized formulations that large manufacturers don't make — and ship them directly to the farm, the barn, or the clinic.

We serve cattle, horses, small ruminants, show animals, and the companion animals that live alongside them. Every prescription is filled under a licensed pharmacist.

Built by people who grew up with this

I'm Ranae Waggoner. I grew up in central Illinois around beef and dairy operations — around families whose animals are both their livelihood and part of the household.

I was at the kitchen table when the bills came due, an animal was sick, and the vet was two hours out.

My husband Jason is a pharmacist with an animal science background, and he's our Pharmacist-in-Charge. Between us we've got the two halves this takes: knowing the customer, and knowing how to run a pharmacy correctly.

Trinity is a woman-owned business, headquartered in Mattoon, and we're building it for the community we come from.

Partner with Trinity

Trinity is built around the prescribing veterinarian. You write the prescription in the field from your phone, you set the retail price your client pays, and we handle the dispensing, the compounding, the compliance documentation, and shipping it to their door.

There's no subscription, no platform fee, and nothing to install. Our platform, Trinity Sentinel™, works alongside whatever practice management system you already use — every prescription comes back to you as a clean record for your own files.

We're enrolling founding veterinary partners now, ahead of our 2027 opening. If you practice in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, or Iowa, we'd like to talk.

Your practice

Takes about three minutes. We'll follow up within two business days.

If you raise animals

Medications come through your veterinarian — that hasn't changed and won't. What Trinity changes is what happens after the prescription is written. We fill it and ship it to you, and you can see where your order is the whole way.

We open in 2027. Leave your name and we'll let you know when we do, and which veterinarians in your area are working with us.
